Terms of Service
The deal, in plain English
These terms cover the ForkPop website and QR menu service. We've kept them short and friendly, but they still count, so please give them a read.
Last updated: October 23, 2026
The short version
- US$99 a month for your website and browse-only QR menu. No setup fee.
- You pay the first $99 when you sign up. Your first month starts on the day your site launches.
- Full $99 refund if you cancel before launch, or if we haven't launched within 14 days of your onboarding form.
- Cancel anytime by messaging us. No contract, no cancellation fee.
- Payments are handled securely by Stripe.
1. Who we are
"ForkPop", "we" and "us" mean ForkPop, the service at forkpop.app. "You" means the business that signs up. You can reach us anytime at hello@forkpop.app.
2. What you get
For US$99 a month, ForkPop designs, builds and hosts a website for your food business, plus a browse-only QR menu (your guests can look at your menu; it doesn't take orders or payments). It also includes routine updates, like menu items, prices, photos, specials and opening hours, and technical care to keep your site running.
Bigger things, like online ordering or checkout, a full redesign, extra locations or brand-new features, aren't part of the monthly plan. If you'd like one of those, just ask and we'll tell you what's possible before anything changes.
3. Price and billing
- The price is US$99 a month, with no setup fee.
- You pay the first $99 when you submit your onboarding form. That payment covers your first month, and your first month is counted from the day your site launches, not the day you pay.
- After that, $99 renews automatically every month on your launch day, charged to the card you saved at signup. For example, if you pay on November 1 and your site launches on November 3, your first month runs November 3 to December 3, and you'll be charged again on the 3rd of each month.
- Nothing extra is charged on launch day.
- Prices are in U.S. dollars. If we ever change the price, we'll tell you in advance, and the change won't apply to a month you've already paid for.
4. Payments are handled by Stripe
All card payments are processed by Stripe, our payment provider. You enter your card details straight into Stripe's secure payment fields, so ForkPop never sees or stores your full card number. Stripe saves your card for your monthly renewals and handles it under its own terms and privacy policy. We'll never ask you for your card number, passwords or verification codes by message.
5. Refunds
You get a full $99 refund if:
- you cancel before your site launches, or
- we haven't launched your site within 14 days of you submitting your onboarding form.
To ask for a refund, just message us at hello@forkpop.app or on the channel where we've been talking. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Once your site has launched, monthly payments aren't refunded for part of a month, but we'll always fix a billing mistake.
6. Cancelling
You can cancel anytime. There's no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Just message us at hello@forkpop.app or on the channel where we've been talking, and we'll stop your next renewal. Your site stays up until the end of the month you've already paid for. If you cancel before launch, you get your full $99 back (see Refunds).
7. If a payment fails
Cards expire and banks say no sometimes. It happens. If a monthly payment doesn't go through:
- You get a 30-day grace period. Your site and QR menu stay up while Stripe tries your card again.
- We'll send you friendly reminders during those 30 days so you can update your card.
- If the payment still hasn't gone through after 30 days, we'll cancel your plan and take your website and QR menu offline, and we'll hand your domain back to you so you can use it however you like.
8. Your content and photos
- Your content stays yours. Your menu, logo, photos, text and other materials belong to you (or to whoever you got them from).
- When you send us content, or tick the photo box on the onboarding form, you give ForkPop permission to use those photos and that content on your ForkPop website and QR menu, so we can build, show and update them for you. The photo box covers the photos from your public profiles and any photos you upload.
- Please only send us things you're allowed to share, and keep your menu details, like prices and allergen info, accurate. We publish what you give us; we don't guess prices, ingredients or allergens.
- Want a photo or anything else taken down? Just tell us and we'll remove or swap it.
- Your permission ends when your service ends, and we take your content off the site when it goes offline.
9. Your domain
Your domain name is yours. When your service ends for any reason, we'll hand it back to you, or help you point it somewhere new. The website design and code we build are part of the ForkPop service, so they stay with ForkPop when the service ends.
10. How we work together
We talk with you by email or on the channel you choose (email, Instagram or Facebook), and that's where you send us your menu updates, specials and promotions. Please keep that contact working so we can reach you about your site and your payments.
11. The fine print
- We work hard to keep your site online and up to date, but the internet isn't perfect, and we can't promise your site will never have a hiccup. If something breaks, we'll fix it as quickly as we can.
- A great website can help people find you, but we can't promise a particular number of visitors, orders or sales.
- As far as the law allows, ForkPop's total responsibility for any claim about the service is limited to what you've paid us in the three months before the claim.
- We may end the service if it's used for anything illegal or harmful. If we do, we'll refund any month you've paid for but haven't used, and hand your domain back to you.
12. Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we'll post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. If a change matters to you, like anything about price or billing, we'll tell you before it applies.
